Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

Since I provide digital services and products, all sales are final, and I do not offer refunds. Each project requires dedicated time, effort, and expertise to ensure high-quality and personalized results for your business.

Unlike physical products, digital products cannot be returned once delivered. Once you receive the files, setups, or strategies, they are permanently in your possession. This means I cannot take them back or resell them to another client. For this reason, I do not provide refunds on any of my services, including course setup, landing pages, e-books, and sales funnels.

However, my strategy sessions are free, giving you the opportunity to discuss your requirements before making a commitment. If you have any concerns about your purchase, feel free to reach out. I am happy to assist you in any way possible.

2. Service Cancellation & Rescheduling

I understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule a service.
Here’s how it works.
          A. Service Cancellation: Clients can cancel their service within 3 days of purchase. If a cancellation is requested within this period, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total project cost to cover administrative and initial setup efforts. This helps cover the initial work already invested. After 3 days, cancellations will not be accepted, as work may have already started on your project.
          B. Rescheduling Services: If you have booked a strategy session or consultation, you can reschedule it at no additional cost. I aim to be flexible and accommodating to ensure you get the best value from our sessions.

** Please note that once a project has been initiated, resources and time have already been invested, making cancellations after the 3-day window non-refundable.

3. Delivery Timeline & Revisions

Every project is handled with care and precision, ensuring that you receive top-quality results. Here’s what you can expect.
          A. Delivery Timeframe: Most services, including course setup, sales funnels, and e-book creation, are delivered within 7 to 30 days, depending on the complexity of the project. You will receive a timeline estimate before we begin, so you know exactly when to expect your completed project.
          B. Revisions & Updates: I offer a certain period for revisions to ensure you are fully satisfied with the final outcome. If minor adjustments or updates are needed after delivery, I will work with you to refine the project to meet your expectations.

While I always strive for perfection in the first delivery, I understand the importance of fine-tuning certain elements to best fit your vision.

4. Ownership & Rights

I strongly believe in giving full ownership of the content you invest in. Once your project is completed and delivered, you will have complete control over it.

          A. You own 100% of the content, including e-books, course materials, sales funnels, and any other digital products I create for you.
          B. You are free to modify, resell, or distribute your digital product as you see fit. I do not retain any rights to the content. I only charge for the services I provide.
          C. If you require additional support or modifications after project completion, I am available for further assistance, updates, or new projects as needed.
